Why did my Husband Send me this Photo?

I don't know where my husband found this photo.  Click on it.  I don't even know why he sent it to me ~ the only word attached was "heh".  BUT, I do know it's been bugging me - and making me wonder.  Is he trying to tell me something?

Well, from my husband the 'heh' would likely mean 'as if!'.
